I needed a part which wasn't available on my first visit. The service team apologized for the required 2nd appointment. They offered to come to my home, pick up the car and return it after the part was installed, just so I wouldn't be inconvenienced! Being recently retired, I declined the offer for 2 reasons. First, I love driving my new Mazda, and second, I was able to enjoy the very personable staff along with the fresh doughnuts and other assorted treats in the waiting area! Kudos to whomever hired this fine staff! More
