He took the time to send me videos of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle and went to work seeking out transport quotes to have it sent to Texas for me. He followed up and when I shared with him that my husband surprised me with a vehicle over Easter rather than be upset, he was congratulatory and kind. A true professional. It's not often I find a salesperson that doesn't talk down to me as a female car buyer (I've bought more than 30 in the last 20 years) and is actually helpful. Jim is one of those people who is ACTUALLY helpful and appears to like his job, knows his inventory and I hope to work with in the future. More

I had been searching for a specific vehicle for a week or so and one came up at Delray. Jim was great getting me all the information, tons of photos and even videos in a timely fashion. Most of the Audi stores I had spoken with were rude or had multiple large hidden fees. Delray had some interesting fees but I guess that's the norm these days...but Jim sent me a straight forward breakdown of all the costs. Overall the total price was good compared to the others I'd called about on line. Since I was having vehicle shipped from Delray to Maryland, Jim even helped me with a transporter $200 less than the one I was using. He was very detailed oriented and understood the concerns someone would have buying a vehicle without being able to see it in person. While there were potential issues after receiving the vehicle Jim was responsive and fully prepared to help remedy the situation. Luckily everything was cleared up. But Jim was on top of things and while it all ended up ok he was ready to do whatever was needed. Jim was a pleasure to deal with and he is totally customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend Jim Fix. More
