Do not buy a used car with over 100,000 miles from them.. paid $7000 for a car with 161000 miles on it and when I went to sign the paperwork they raised the sale price to $8000 and 100,000 miles from them.. paid $7000 for a car with 161000 miles on it and when I went to sign the paperwork they raised the sale price to $8000 and hoped I wouldn't notice. Before I purchased their mechanics looked it over "meticulously" only to need both rear hub assemblies replaced after getting up to highway speed. There was a squeal coming from the front right which they said was a "rust build up on the rotor, do some heavy braking and it will go away" the squeal went away when my pad was completely gone and destroyed my rotor. Front right tire consistently loses air pressure and all 4 tires are now nearly bald after only 1000 miles. Both front control arm bushings are shot and will need to be replaced as well. And since the car was over 100,000 miles there is no lemon law therefor they won't cover any of it. I was planning to buy a brand new wrx next year, but I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and neither will anyone that I know. More

Are you serious ?!!! How do you buy a 43k car two months into it and it has huge electrical problems and you are paying for extended warranty which says it covers electrical issues and they tell you they into it and it has huge electrical problems and you are paying for extended warranty which says it covers electrical issues and they tell you they don’t wanna pay for any of the repairs that the warranty covered everything “ accept “ the issue that it is having ? They are out of their minds and the customer service hung up on me when I was talking to them ! This car was not gone through properly before they put it on their website for sale .. I feel that’s unacceptable More

Exceptional Came into the dealership and was expecting to see Allison. While waiting for Allison, "Doc" walked by and smiled and said a few words. Long story short, Allison was busy and I asked if I could talk to "Doc" who seemed cheery and friendly. Got together with Doc and because of his knowledge of the vehicles, AND HIS PATIENCE, after many hours of vacillation, I drove home in my brand new Subaru Legacy and haven't stopped loving it since! Doc is an exceptional salesperson - no pressure but gets the job done. More
