Shortly after booking, Jeff reached out personally to introduce himself, express that he was looking forward to meeting me, and gather more details about what I was looking for—well before I even arrived. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and promptly brought into Jeff’s office. Jeff was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through the pros and cons of each option so I could make an informed decision without feeling pressured. I ultimately left with a 2026 Subaru Ascent in my favorite color—black—and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will absolutely recommend Jeff and the entire team at Subaru of Troy to anyone I know. It was truly a pleasure from start to finish. More

Because of being a caregiver it was difficult to go to dealership in person, however, I was able to call and tell my car salesman, Jeff Meadows, exactly what I wanted. This is my fifth Subaru and am very happy with the service I received that day and have been very happy with the service side of the dealership as well. Made appt on line, was told what to expect at the time of service and the potential cost of the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone the Subaru car and services that I have received. More
