Lisa was awesome. She was very easy to communicate and and welcoming when we came to test drive. A good experience for us The dealer that assisted me was very patient, thoughtful and helpful. No pressure. He went over and above to have the vehicle ready for pickup. He took the time to show me all the "bells and whistles"on the vehicle.walked me through the service department to ensure I knew where to go for routine maintenance in the future and got me a voucher for a free oil change, which is just that extra thoughtfulness that was not expected.. When I arrived to pick the vehice up, he was out shining it up one last time. And this was a 7 year old pre-owned and he still wanted it to look great!. We don't do a lot of car shopping but this was a positive experience for us in comparison to the many different places I looked and test drove across the metro.. More
