The process of car buying was explained in detail every step of the way and James really took the extra time to sit down post purchase and show me how the car operates in full. During the process of the purchase James was patient with us as we changed insurance to cover the new vehicle and even offered to speak with the insurance representative for me to clear up any unknown details that emerged from the transfer.
