While the initial communication was fine before I made it to the dealership, after I arrived and attempted to talk numbers, I was unable to make a deal. After a couple days and some negotiations on price, I to the dealership, after I arrived and attempted to talk numbers, I was unable to make a deal. After a couple days and some negotiations on price, I received a call from a sales rep that told me they could make the deal happen. This is where things turned bad. I was brought directly to the finance office where the pricing for the vehicle was not shown to me. I asked to confirm the price, it was incorrect. The finance manager had to call to change the price. After that, I gave a template of my signature to begin signing paperwork. However, after about 15 min, I was handed a USB, told he was done with applying my signatures to the paperwork and I could review them when I got home. After getting home, I checked the numbers and they were not correct for my financing loan or the price of the vehicle. So I asked for clarification and the finance manager could not explain where all the numbers, my discount, or the price of the vehicle came from on the paperwork based on the original price. I was then told if I don't agree with the numbers, I can return the car and get my deposit back. This is definitely the worst experience i have had working with any dealership. More

The local Audi dealerships and employees are great. Audi corporate is another story. My brand new Q5 with 400 miles on it sat at the dealership for 45 days waiting on a part. When I got the car back, it must have been parked outside during wait. Hard water spots from what appeared to be reclaimed irrigation water did a number on the license tag area paint. Tree droppings also left stains and marks. It took me hours to detail the car and get all of that off. If I had one dealer criticism, it would be to really inspect the car and clean it thoroughly before returning it. More
