I came in for 2 things that needed to be fixed. After 3 hours there, neither was fixed! This isn't the first time this has happened at this dealership. Very frustrating but the service advisors I dealt with didn't seem to care. They said I would need to leave my car next time and I asked about a loaner...the advisor never got back to me. If my issues weren't Subaru related I would not go back here. More

The staff is exceptional - both friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the how organized my visit was - from the service door opening as I approached, and ending with my car waiting for knowledgeable. They kept my car 3 days to reset my drive engine light. I had an appointment and they only looked my car finally because I called 7 times in 1 day. They never apologized, my service manager never returned I had an appointment and they only looked my car finally because I called 7 times in 1 day. They never apologized, my service manager never returned my call backs, i just had to keep calling. Ultimately nothing was wrong but they tried to price gouge me by offering to change my air cabin filter for almost $100 (a cheap part that takes 5 minutes of labor). Extremely disappointed with the experience. More
