James took the time to make sure I understood how everything in the car worked before I left even though it was more than an hour after they closed. Really a great experience all around. More

They told me I'd have to come in as t hey would not provide their " best price" over phone. I knew what I wanted, color/options and had an idea based on research what it would be. I told them I didn't want to play games evidently they don't care nor did they understand how serious I am. I drive from Woodstock to the dealership 1 hour each way (because Atlanta traffic stinks - right?) I sit down and discuss and test drive a Forester wtih James Kesler. He addressed all of my questions in detail and wasn't play the games I was trying to avoid. The only thing I find suspicious is having to talk to his GSM ( general Sales Weasel I mean manager).:) For everything it seems that Troncalli has their sales team on a tight leash and I can tell it sucks working for them. I have a keen sense of awareness and I found out I was 100% correct from an other Subaru Dealership in Atlanta. Short version of a long story: I felt confident in the price provided and put a $500 deposit on a Forester that is to be at the dealership from Japan middle of feb 2019. I understand when you trade in a special high performance stock vehicle it takes time to provide a number on what they'd pay for the trade in. I even told James to take 4 days, xxxx take longer if needed. I am in no hurry. I just want this to be a well researched number. 4 other dealers from other brands gave me the same trade in value. 2 of which were Hyundai and 1 Toyota the other was Honda. 4 days later James called me and told me " my manager is willing to pay $XXXXX. Which was $2k under all the other dealers. When I informed James of this he went back to talk to his Sales weasel ( manager). He would not budge at all. I asked James to tell him to meet me 1/2 way. We are 2k apart, I will eat 1k if he will eat 1k. Still the Sales Weasel would not budge. I told him that your Manager is really screwing up a sale for you. I tried to be fair and flexible and he just isn't. He is going to loose a extended warranty and a hitch. ( extras) is he stupid or just xxxxxxxx or both? I was trading in a 2016 BMW M3 with no accidents or mechanical issues as it was maintained by BMW on the conditioned based service schedule the car has 16,277 miles on it. VERY LOW! I knew he could sell it for much more. I know the difference between trade in pricing and private sale pricing (retail). Like I said I did a ton of research, I looked up and had it appraised at multiple dealers and by BMW themselves for "trade-in"pricing. It may not matter to Troncalli but they lost a sale because of that xxxxx of a Sales manager. Bottom line if you go to Troncalli don't expect them to be flexible. THATS ALL I was wanting, just flexibility. I found a incredible Subaru Dealer in Atlanta who is just that and more. Today I just put a VERY large deposit on the same car with the same Sport trim and options, just decided on a different color. I got it for a MUCH better price, and they even split the cost of the hitch!!!! Troncalli sucks - James Kesler rocks this review should not be anything at all against him. Take Michael Barlow out of the equation He would have earned my sale. James you were awesome! Sorry for your horrible management, you dont deserve to be treated that way. More

Our first Subaru won't be our last Hat's off to James Kesler and his sales team for making our first Subaru purchase a pleasant, value centered and efficient buying experience. No hype, Hat's off to James Kesler and his sales team for making our first Subaru purchase a pleasant, value centered and efficient buying experience. No hype, broken promises or pressure. Zero. What my wife and I did experience was their patience and willingness to educate throughout the entire selection process. And as one who likes to fully investigate his options, major purchases are always a process. Yes, our 2019 Outback is our first Subaru, but if this car performs as expected it certainly won't by our last. Thanks James!! We wish you and the rest of the Troncalli team every success... More
