They kept my car 3 days to reset my drive engine light. I had an appointment and they only looked my car finally because I called 7 times in 1 day. They never apologized, my service manager never returned I had an appointment and they only looked my car finally because I called 7 times in 1 day. They never apologized, my service manager never returned my call backs, i just had to keep calling. Ultimately nothing was wrong but they tried to price gouge me by offering to change my air cabin filter for almost $100 (a cheap part that takes 5 minutes of labor). Extremely disappointed with the experience. More

Troncalli Subaru rocks! They worked hard to find a car for me during the pandemic and since then have provided exceptional care with all service visits. The service department is useless. They do not know how to do anything beyond what the computer tells them. When I took in a vehicle from 2007 they were unable to help because it was n They do not know how to do anything beyond what the computer tells them. When I took in a vehicle from 2007 they were unable to help because it was not an issue that could be diagnosed with a computer. Even after telling them to please Google it like I had they would not do it and charged me $200 to get my vehicle back. I used YouTUbe and fixed in 10 minutes. More
