I belong to a family that believes in the quality of a Subaru vehicle, eight cars in total. While the vehicle is top notch, finding a quality dealer in any brand isn't. The staff was professional and responsive and easy to talk and negotiate with. James Lyon I visited the location to pick up a fleet car and was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism and above & beyond customer service. James Lyon particularly was a breath of fresh car and was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism and above & beyond customer service. James Lyon particularly was a breath of fresh air. Despite the overwhelming heat outside he helped me switch from the old to the new car with a smile and care/service you don’t see everyday. Subaru should be proud to be represented by James Lyons. This is my 1st Subaru and the 1st car I've bought since 2007. I started working with James Lyon in early February when I drove my 1st Forester. I wanted either a blue or red Forester Limited 2020-2023 and 2007. I started working with James Lyon in early February when I drove my 1st Forester. I wanted either a blue or red Forester Limited 2020-2023 and was willing to wait for one. From February-June, James periodically checked in with me to let me know when blue and red Foresters were at the dealership. I came up on June 20th to test drive a 2021 maroon Forester Limited and decided to purchase it. From this point, James, William the Finance Guy and Tom, the Sales Manager, all worked with me to seal the deal. They patiently answered all my questions, gave me a great offer on my trade-in and never pressured me to hurry up or buy any of the additional products I was offered. I had pre-qualified for a car loan but when I realized I would have to return with a check and wouldn't be able to drive the car home on the 20th, I let William see how close he could get to what he agreed was a really good rate. He got close enough with a car loan from Truist that I agreed to finance through Subaru. The final thing that convinced me that Annapolis Subaru is truly customer focused was, as I was preparing to drive away after completing the purchase, I noticed that the driver's seat leather had split--something I swear was not there when I test drove the car. While I was prepared to ask if Annapolis Subaru could fix the seat, I didn't have to because James contacted me to tell me that Tom had authorized the repair. The seat looks like new. I'm very happy with my Subaru though it's going to take me years to figure out all the technology and I can not thank the folks at Annapolis Subaru enough for making the whole car buying process friendly and painless! More
