Poor communication from service advisor, and charged amount exceeded previously agreed upon budget. Only got done because another service advisor intervened and got the service manager involved (otherwi amount exceeded previously agreed upon budget. Then when I went to pick it up, the emergency brake cable had been accidentally cut and no one noticed it until I got home (this was not the first time that I was told the truck was ready for pickup, and clearly no one gave it a final inspection). Then they wouldn't pay for an Uber back to their shop to pick up the truck after fixing their mistake. More

730am appt for oil change. I was early, and confirmed I was a "waiter". 2 hours later my truck was still untouched, and they were unable to tell me why, but took ownership of i I was early, and confirmed I was a "waiter". 2 hours later my truck was still untouched, and they were unable to tell me why, but took ownership of it. I was told they could get me taken care of "right away, and would take 30-40 minutes". I retrieved my keys and left. I went out of my way to have my truck serviced at this location. I made an appointment for a basic oil change, and I lost 2.5 hours of my day for nothing. Until today, Mac Haik Quick Lane was the only shop that has serviced my shop. More
