First, the good. Chad in Quick Service busted his tail to help me out and delivered his service within a few hours. Tim in the regular Service Lane was also extremely helpful in sorting through the dealer madness. The worst of the group is Elijah (F) who is supposed to be the accessories manager. He never seems to be in the office and was unable after having my truck for 5 days to get warranty authorization from Ford for a $20 5th wheel ring that broke off. 2 weeks later and he has still not provided an update. James Main (F) is supposedly the Service Director who I was told to speak with on day 1, but I saw him and he said he was going to lunch and could not talk to me. I left him a voicemail when I got home and no return calls to date. Don’t use this dealer! More
