My experience was somewhat pleasant. The salesman and manager were excellent. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and he did everything in his power to comply with my reques The salesman and manager were excellent. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and he did everything in his power to comply with my requests. The car had a problem with one of the tires. I took it back and they fixed the tired. So far, I have not had any other problems. On the day of the buy, I paid the total amount of my vehicle and expected my title to be handed to me that same day. When the finance employee called the title office and asked about my request, a very rude and loud woman replied, "No way". She was harsh and not nice at all. She was on speaker phone and I heard her loud and clear. I also never get my second key to the vehicle, ins spite of several requests to the salesman, so if someone else has it and tries to break in, my vehicle can be stolen and that worries me. More
