Emailed dealer ship to ask what the best price was before traveling across the state. Dealership was responsive but kept steering away from my question. Gave info on possible tradehat I was told I could "get traveling across the state. Dealership was responsive but kept steering away from my question. Gave info on possible tradehat I was told I could "get a number on it unseen". After 4 hours of back and forth, I was tired of the games and asked to be passed to someone helpful. I was then told the price is what it is and I would need to travel to dealership to have my trade in appraised. Four hours wasted on not helping customer on the easiest sale they would have ever made. More

Picked up my new cadillac Unfortunately had to buy a new Cadillac as my neighbors tree came down and crushed my other one . Being in real estate sales in dealing with car salesman over the years I can’t stay in the car salesman . Then I meant James mangene. His approach was like mine when selling no pressure approach not pushy willing to help anyway that he could .
