Our experience was AMAZING! We set up an appointment to meet with James and as promised when we pulled up he had the 2 vehicles we were interested in test driving gassed up and parked right up front. James meet with James and as promised when we pulled up he had the 2 vehicles we were interested in test driving gassed up and parked right up front. James had a great attitude and was always smiling and happy to answer all our questions. James was knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles. We gave him a copy of our license and off we went on our test drive. We decided right away which vehicle we wanted, so James got us started on the paperwork. He asked us what was important to us the monthly payment, the term of the loan, or the interest rate so he could work the best deal for what we need. Scranton Motors would not let us leave until we were happy with a loan, the first option didn't work for us but they never gave up they came back again and this time it was a perfect fit. James then said come back 10am the next morning and they would have our vehicle all ready for us. DID THEY EVER! When we came back in the morning they had our vehicle all clean and shiny parked on the showroom floor with a GIANT RED BOW! Which was absolutely perfect because it was a gift for my husband. Then they surprised us one more time...James came out and told us he had some more great news, they were able to get an even LOWER INTEREST RATE on the loan! James was grinning ear to ear you could tell he was invested in his customers happiness. We then went over to the finance department and finished up our paper work with Chris...another great experience. He had this cool desk top touch screen to do all the paperwork on, he walked us through step by step. Doing it on the huge computer screen and signing with the special pen was so much clearer to understand. We were able to compare our warranty options without having to flip back and forth through pages it was all on one screen. Chris had a great attitude and personality he was always smiling and genuinely happy for us. My husband and I have already recommend Scranton Motors to our friends and family members. Thank you so much for treating us with respect, making us feel like we were people and not just a sale, you made us feel comfortable through this whole experience. Thank you for so much for helping me achieve my husband's dream of owning the truck he always wanted! Thank you to the Scranton Motor family for taking all the safety precautions during this whole COVID-19 epidemic and serving the public with a great attitude we are very appreciative. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!! More

Great Experience with James My current vehicle died and I found my self unexpectedly looking for another. All I knew, was I wanted a small pickup. I didn't even know what was ou My current vehicle died and I found my self unexpectedly looking for another. All I knew, was I wanted a small pickup. I didn't even know what was out there anymore. The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in and they directed me to James, which I was glad they did. James was very patient and not pushy at all. I took a test drive of a vehicle and went home and did some research. I then found another online I was interested in and James answered all my questions, and I took that for a test drive. He was not pressuring me at all. I was was able to take my time, do some more research and make my decision.He got back to me promptly with any questions I had, even after the sale. He took the time after the purchase- to help set up my phone and Onstar correctly. I did not give the dealership 5 stars because the detailing or "cleaning" department could have done a much better job - there was still film or wax on the truck in many places and it seemed like a "rushed" job. Salesman was able to work with me but the service dept was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with you had my truck for over a month and finally sent truck to Bolles to fix.We even tries to cont was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with you had my truck for over a month and finally sent truck to Bolles to fix.We even tries to contact Tom Scranton and it took him 2 months to respond back.i made my first truck payment with my truck sitting at your dealership.I will never be returning nor recommending Scranton motors to anyone More
