Vehicle test ride. I went to take a test ride in a vehicle that I was very much interested in buying. The staff was very accommodating. I was pressed for time so I didn't get a chance to take the vehicle on there highway. It was a good thing thou, as the low fuel light was illuminated. I ended up buying the vehicle the following week. When I when to pick up the vehicle, it ran out of gas before I could even leave the dealership. I was given a loaner for that evening and the following day, as it was the day before thanksgiving. But for future reference, make sure test ride vehicle are gassed up. More

Emailed dealer ship to ask what the best price was before traveling across the state. Dealership was responsive but kept steering away from my question. I was then told the price is what it is and I would need to travel to dealership to have my trade in appraised. Four hours wasted on not helping customer on the easiest sale they would have ever made. More

His approach was like mine when selling no pressure approach not pushy willing to help anyway that he could .
