Suburban Ford of Waterford always makes the new car buying experience a pleasant one for sure. From the general manager, sales manager, sales person, finance and the delivery prep person they all do a buying experience a pleasant one for sure. I bought a 14 year old truck knowing I would probably have some problems with it. To my surprise, everything worked perfectly and has continued to work. It drives like a new truck. Not the typical experience you would get from other dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our trade-in and immediately went up the chain of command to the operations manager, Jeff Huvaere. Within 15 minutes we both had a price we were happy with and John Duley was there putting in our order. We highly recommend this dealership. More
