One of the best car salesman I have had the pleasure of working with! He broke the mold of the stereotypical sales person we have all become accustomed to. James was a great guy to work with clean dealership and tons of products to choose from if you don't find the right one the first time. When it got to signing paper work. I felt as though the finance d tons of products to choose from if you don't find the right one the first time. When it got to signing paper work. I felt as though the finance department was pushing very hard for GAP and the other services you can elect to sign up for. I was adamant i did not want any. It seemed as though he was visibly upset and annoyed I wouldn't take any of the packages and kept trying to move things around to "sweeten the deal" Other then that. The digital copy and paperless was very welcomed. More
