The first time was to take a look and drive the vehicle. The second time was drive the vehicle again after it was cleaned. The third time was the actual purchase. James was easy to work with and knew the vehicle very well even though it was a Toyota at a Subaru dealership. He never put pressure on us to buy the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. He immediately returned my phone calls and worked with us to get a fair purchase price on the vehicle. The finance guy was able to find a better loan APR than what our bank pre-approved us with. The purchase went smooth and took less than 2 hours to purchase and drive off the lot. Overall a great experience. I would definitely work with James in the future. More

Apart from being very warm in his welcome, he: James was THE MAIN reason I purchased my Subaru Forester from Sports Subaru at his dealership center. Apart from being very warm in his welcome, he: a. had thorough knowledge of the vehicles that I was interested to buy b. spent as little time in information that I might not have been interested in, as possible c. answered all my questions promptly d. responded to my phone calls and e-Mails after my visit, very promptly e. let me test drive the cars, as many times as I wanted to and as many in number f. did not answer with 'possible' information, if he was not sure, e.g. in case of finance and final price for the car I liked, he checked with the finance guy in the dealership g. provided all the nitty-gritty details that I asked for h. did not be-little or say bad things about other brands which I told him I was interested him. He just asked me what it was that drove me to those vehicles, and provided a detailed comparison and advantages/disadvantages in buying a Subaru as against the other brands. i. did not bother me with unnecessary and bugging follow-up calls after my first visit. And I re-iterate, James was the biggest driving factor for me to buy the vehicle (Subaru Forester) from this dealership. I am not exaggerating, but I have never seen a more polite, gentle, informed and no-nonsense sales guy every in my life. The way he showcased and highlighted the positives of owning a Subaru vehicle was par-excellence. More than being happy, I was extremely impressed by the way he did business with me. I will recommend people to buy their vehicles from this dealership, from James - not for referral amount, not for the quality of the Subaru vehicle, but only and only for James. More
