Unexpected! I stopped by this place to look at a car that i was interested in but knew nothing about and was looking to get a car from another location. James a I stopped by this place to look at a car that i was interested in but knew nothing about and was looking to get a car from another location. James asked me what I was looking for and talked with me about the options and features of the Kia lineup. He suggested another car to test drive and see how the cars drive. I ended up liking the car he suggested and found out that the price was well below what you would think it should be. Steve helped me set up the paperwork and it felt like everyone did whatever it took to help me get into this car. Never had a Kia before but I will continue to bring my business to James and this dealership. Thanks everyone! More

Answered all my questions, and had great suggestions. I was on the fence about color but chose the titanium gray, and he was right - I really love it! I would recommend James highly, as well as everyone I dealt with at Kia. Sean and Steve were very helpful in giving me options with financing, and let me know immediately whether I qualified for the special financing deal going on. I've been to other dealerships where they kept me waiting for hours to approve me; (I did not buy a car there!). This was awhile ago, and I haven't bought a vehicle in several years, so wasn't looking forward to the whole car shopping/price comparison scene. Did a little online looking the night before just to get info on the Kia, and the online repr. even helped with questions and set up the appointment for me with James. The whole thing was was so hassle free, and prices were so comparable with what I had seen online, I didn't even go to another dealer and shop... I bought that day after I first came in. I'd do it again, and plan to go back there when I'm ready for a new vehicle in a couple years! Very happy. More

No pressure, friendly and helpful dealership! Haven't bought a new car in 11 yrs, so was preparing myself for the hard pitch and pressure to buy. Did an internet chat the night before to check on a special deal they were offering before end of year, and online repr. had good information and showed me a couple choices, based on what I wanted in a vehicle. When I got to dealership, I had an idea of what I wanted to see. Sales repr. James sent me a text with his card and pic, so I'd know who I was dealing with when I got there. He couldn't have been nicer, or less pressure! The same could be said for Sean and Steve, their finance team. I walked in wanting a good deal and not wanting to shop everywhere and deal with the hassle. James answered questions honestly and helped me every step of the way. I wasn't sure I could go from a large van to a Kia Soul, but I really love it. It's fun to drive, and doesn't feel like you're sitting in a small car, but more like a bigger SUV. (I can't stand feeling like I'm almost touching the road! And was used to sitting high up with a van). The headroom and legroom are amazing and plenty of room for my dog and my cargo. I'm a happy customer! More
