Be aware of "not accident"repaired used cars. I would've returned the car few days after purchase when i noticed it was repaired. I love the idea of owning my 2017 challenger scat pack, but everytime I look at the passenger side of the car I regret driving that far and trusting that a DODGE dealer wouldn't fix crashed cars and sell them as a no accident.I would highly recommend that when you decide to buy from them to request a paper copy of all your paper work. I did all my paperwork on their pad and got it in flash drive. When I realized that my car was repaired I decided to check the paperwork and it turned out that I was given a lesser warranty than what I paid for which they later corrected. More

STAY CLEAR OF KOONS JEEP TYSON IF YOU WANT HONESTY/RELIABILI HORRIBLE....EVERYONE LIES AND MAKES PROMISES JUST TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE. The ONLY reason I gave them one star is because I was forces to in order to write a review. I have had my Jeep almost 4 years and I am paying a lot for a RELIABLE VEHICLE. The Jeep was not driven for almost two years and I drive it to and from work only 14 miles on 66. I have have been stranded three times, female, alone in a Jeep in which the front wheel bar cracked in half, 3 months later the back wheel bare cracked in half. This is just 2 of the approximately 15 times I have gone back for something other than regular service. The sad part is NO ONE ARES, RETURNS PHONE CALLS, LISTENS, JUST TO NAME A FEW. NO ONE FROM THE CUSTODIAL STAFF TO CYSTAL KOONS OR HER FATHER GIVE A CRAP. THERE ADS ARE LIES. STAY AWAY FROM KOONS JEEP....ACTUALLY ALL KOONS DEALERS IS YIU WANT A RELIABLE CAR. More

Let This Reviw Lead You!!! Just Say No! My husband and I visited Koons Jeep on Saturday, 4/13/2019 to purchase a 2019 Moab. We returned on 4/14/2019 to complete the deal and take delivery. Our salesmen, made an attempt to carry forward a last minute request, which he ran by the General Manager James Morris, who declined. Having observed, what appeared to be a negative interaction between the salesmen and General Manager, James Morris, regarding our deal. I decided to walk over to where the General Manager, James Morris was seated, to obtain his business card for informational purposes. He right out REFUSED to provide his business card and immediately became combative, asking me “Why I wanted his business card?”. He continued to demonstrate his unwillingness, to provide me with a business card, alongside a few more words of exchange. I was in such disbelief, as his attitude and response was completely disrespectful, unprofessional and discourteous towards me a customer...up until that very moment. I have NEVER been so unwelcome and mistreated, in a dealership that I was about to purchase a vehicle from. This is by far the worst dealership, I have ever set foot in and this experience was all at the hands of the General Manager, James Morris, who made it very clear that our business was definitely NOT APPRECIATED at Koons Jeep. It’s truly a shame that a Senior Manager, would think that it was okay to treat a customer with such disrespect and that an ownership group would staff there dealership with such a person. More

My salesperson, Jordan Raport My recent visit to Koons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Truck (hereafter designated as CDJR) Tysons Corner/Vienna was awesome. My salesperson, Jordan Raport was great and highly knowledgeable about the product, as I had done a lot of my own research prior to my visit. Once it was known that I had some obstacles to overcome, the General Manager James Morris stepped in and found solutions. James could have come in, offered some ideas and ways to help and rolled on to do other things. He cared about me as a customer and he stuck with us throughout the rest of my process however. Not only did they work me an awesome deal, it was one of the best customer service experiences for me personally. What separates this review for many, if not all others, is that it wasn't until I filled out my application for credit, did they realize that I do the same thing for a living as these guys do...new car sales, just for a different brand. They treated me like family...right off the street. I would recommend Koons CDJR in Vienna to my friends, family or anyone I talk to in casual conversation for professional client care and service. Once you arrive, tell James this review sent you...I'm certain he will remember me!
