Bought a brand new car and it has a defect after multiple phone calls and a visit to the service department, it’s been 2 months now with no resolution and no communication from Daytona Kia, I called back a missed call and was told no one could tell me who or why they called to which I explained my situation and was transferred to an answering machine where I left my details requesting a call back, that was over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back from Daytona KIA! More
