I've been in selling for over 33 yrs. I've graduated from the UNC-G back in 1988. Few months before graduation, I tried to apply for a sales position with the Mercedes Benz in North Caroline, but they told me to go out and get 5 years of sales experience firs. So I started with the BMW for 3 yrs, Lexus almost 2 yrs. and Infiniti 1 yr. and then went back to Mercedes Benz. My passion for Mercedes (I thinks it's the best in the world) and thanks to my loyal clients, has kept me motivated to create long lasting relationships. About 90 % of my business are repeat or referrals. I am truly grateful to all my clients who keeps coming back to me. There are lot of good dealers out there. But we are the only factory dealership in the USA and I think we are the best. If you are looking for a Mercedes Benz and don't have a sales person, I would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. I believe in family, friends and then work, balance life is the key. James Park has been my contact person over the years and his responsiveness to my needs is the main reason I have remained loyal to the brand. I have found the staff to be thoroughly professional in every his responsiveness to my needs is the main reason I have remained loyal to the brand. The transfer of my license plates and wheel locks from the vehicle I was turning in to the vehicle being picked up was personally handled by James Park most expeditiously.
