The bar was set high by Steven, but I was still a bit skeptical that the rest of my experience would go as smoothly. That feeling quickly faded upon arrival. Seth was the first person I met at the dealership and he helped me from that moment until I drove off the lot with my new car. Finally, James Phillips managed to make even the most tedious part of the buying experience enjoyable. Kudos to the entire Audi family at Ft. Lauderdale.
