I have a relative in the area who was able to meet Gavin and check out the vehicle for me later that day with a great report about the vehicle’s condition. We were able to agree on a price that evening and I made the 3 hour drive to Pensacola the following day to buy/pick up the vehicle. Without making this review too lengthy, I could say a lot of positive things about the experience, but will sum it up to say that working with Gavin was an absolute pleasure. Very personable, accommodating and no pressure of any kind. In completing the paperwork onsite, I was offered a 36 month nation-wide warranty plan as anticipated since the vehicle is past the OEM warranty, but again no pressure to buy it, just basically showing me the pricing and saying here’s an option to consider if you’re interested. For me, the really quick responses and straightforward and flexible dealing on pricing, the “no pressure” experience and the quick "in and out" to complete the paperwork made the 6 hour round trip worth the drive. I was so upset when I arrived. I showed up at another dealership that day after driving 2 hours for a scheduled appointment to test drive a car. They listened to what my idea was of what I thought I wanted and then came up with a list of cars to see. They even took me to the airport to return my rental car. I was very anxious that day because someone had hit me and totaled my car and I only had 2 days left with my rental. They were so patient with me explaining my situation and helped me make a decision. I will never go anywhere else!!! More
