He spent the time explaining the two different models we were looking at during the buying experience. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot to buy either car. He was willing to search for the perfect model and color of the car for us. Once we made the decision, James made sure I understood every aspect of the car before leaving the dealership. I greatly appreciate the amount of time and effort that went into this purchase. I would also like to thank Wes Bracewell, our service provider. He has worked with us for several years keeping our cars working great. Wes is one of the best. When we started discussing trading in our older accord, Wes started the listening process and began talking to us about some of the models out there for us to think about for the future.
