Most Positive Experience at Any Car Dealership When we walked into Honda of Gainesville on Tuesday afternoon, we were beginning the search and data collection to replace our 5th Honda. Meeting and dealing with James Quesenberry caused us to want to seal the deal the same day. Usually my husband is telling the salesman about the features of the car. James by far was most knowledgeable and taught us features we did not know. His easy manner, human relations skills, and concern for what was in our best interest impressed us beyond measure. He was unhurried, not high pressure, and satisfactorily answered all questions. When we returned to the dealership two days later to pick up our new Odyssey, James took the time to acquaint us with all features of our new vehicle more thoroughly than has ever been done in the past and he has continued to make himself available to us. He obviously appreciates, enjoys, and believes in his product. There is no better sales person that we have ever encountered! We will highly recommend James and Honda of Gainesville to others. We also appreciate the extra touches of the dealership including complimentary cargo tray, wheel locks, mud flaps, windshield treatment, car washes, and other quoted amenities. Although we did not find one at his dealership, we were very impressed with his professionalism and kept his card. We did buy a 2008 Odyssey at Coggin Honda in St. Augustine. Our experience there was nowhere near the great experience we had in Gainesville. Although we liked our salesman there, I would gladly drive the 2 hours to deal with the professionals at Honda of Gainesville over and over compared to others we have experienced. In the last weeks we were interested in a pre-owned SUV. We called Ryan and went to see him. He found us a pre-owned car! When we decided it wasn't exactly right for us, long story short, we ended up with a 2015 Pilot EXACTLY what we dreamed of, but did not think we could get. Everyone in this dealership from the greeter to the managers were top-notch. Very customer oriented. We highly recommend this dealership and Ryan Huerwitz.. Even the other sales people, especially Manager, Frank Bradley, and James Quesenberry were so helpful and courteous. Frank honestly went above and beyond to get us exactly what we desired.
