The experience and subsequent service she has received while attending UF convinced us that James was the person to see when our second daughter was also due to start university in the fall in Gainesville. We purchased a Honda HRV this time, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. James is INCREDIBLY well-informed about the Honda line, and he gave us and our daughter all the information that she needed in choosing between the Fit and the HRV. Arriving at a price was an easy process with open communication and a true interest in getting the deal done:). When we wanted to get to a pre-arranged dinner with our eldest, he even invited our youngest to return in a few days to finish her info session post-sale. They did indeed meet a second time and he made sure she was extremely comfortable with the all of the features of her new car. This dealership, and James, manage to pair a small-town dealer feel with a large-city professionalism in a truly unique way. We are so pleased that both of our daughters have such a great resource for their cars while in college. More

Fast, easy and pleasent! I had done my research on-line, and had emailed back and forth with Kim Straile, a very pleasant and helpful young lady, and she set me up with my sal I had done my research on-line, and had emailed back and forth with Kim Straile, a very pleasant and helpful young lady, and she set me up with my salesman.I arrived at the dealership at the predetermined time, and was greeted in the parking lot by Jim Quesenberry with a Gator logo on his shirt, I knew I had the right guy. We did a quick overlook of the car and were off on a test drive. During the test drive we noticed a couple of trim defects which Jim immediately said he would take care of. They evaluated my trade-in, totaled everything up and came back with the dream price I was hoping for, but thought I would have to haggle to get! I think Jim and I were both surprised when I said lets do this! With the repairs, paperwork and a quick detail of the car, I was out of there far sooner than my normal car buying experiences.
