From the moment I contacted them through the website I had a positive experience with James, my sales representative. He immediately responded and addressed my needs for purchasing a new car. I came in to test drive the Honda Civic and James was off that day but directed me to Dean who took very good care of me and kept in direct contact with James letting him know I interested in leasing, I test drove the Civic with Dean and I loved it, I signed the agreement and picked up my car at 5:00 that afternoon. I will definitely go back and recommend Honda of Gainesville to my friends More

My wife and I closed on the purchase of a 2014 Accord LX on 01/31/14. It had been about 13 years since we had dealt with a vehicle dealership, and it wasn't a process that we were looking forward to. But on 01/31/14. It had been about 13 years since we had dealt with a vehicle dealership, and it wasn't a process that we were looking forward to. But from the beginning of our dealings with Honda of Gainesville to the closing on the purchase, it was a good, stress free, no pressure experience. Matt quickly responded to an email inquiry I had sent and provided excellent follow-up with good information. Luis made the closing at the financial end very smooth and less cumbersome than expected, addressing every question we raised; very professional and 1st class. And James, well, he was just super from beginning to end; and still is with his follow-up. James' approach to us, as customers, was and has been with a view to satisfy the customer. We test drove 3 Accords on different days, and James was always very accommodating. He provided excellent data for our use in comparing the Accord to a Mazda-6 and a Ford Fusion. He assisted us with any request we had without hesitation. In short, it has been an excellent experience working with James; the same as it was with Matt and Luis. James was a true professional from the very beginning! He responded quickly to my internet inquiry and answered many of my initial questions over the phone before we had even met. When we set up the time for my test drive, he was right out front to greet me and did a fanstastic job of explaining the features and options on the CR-V EX-L. Even though I didn't purchase the car the first day, James made me feel very comfortable and I hoped I would be able to give him my business once I had a few days to think about this big purchase. After many emails back and forth, James and I were able to come to an agreement and I purchased the car from him. In addition to his great service and friendliness, James did me a huge favor by allowing me to store my previous company owned car at the dealership until the leasing company could pick it up. That was really above and beyond as far as I'm concerned! I recommend James Quesenberry with absolutely no hesitation! I also worked with Luis in the financing department. He explained the terms and conditions clearly and was a pleasure to do business with! More
