James is a very special person and excellent sales representative. He gets right down to business and within 20 minutes we drove an Accord and enjoyed the experience. He is an excellent listener and radiates warmth and genuine interest in the customers situation. We recommend him above all of the other salespeople that we have had while looking for a new car. We visited Honda on the afternoon before Thanksgiving after deciding to buy a new Honda. We never once felt that we were a bother and that James wanted to get away to begin the holiday. He answered each question and worked with us to make the transaction a pleasurable experience. Thanks James! More

Craig responded the same day to my internet query with model pictures, features and price ranges. When I visited he and James assisted me, James going with me on the test drive since Craig was busy with a model pictures, features and price ranges. When I visited he and James assisted me, James going with me on the test drive since Craig was busy with another customer for that time. Craig worked with me and answered all of my questions. Julio was very helpful and explained all options and came up with financing that I could really work with. I had a 2000 Honda Civic from this dealership and always brought it there for service for 10 years. The staff was always been courteous and helpful and I am glad to see it continues to be so. My decision to buy was very largely based on the people at the dealership because I will be bringing my new car there for all service. More

James did a great job of explaining options, being available to answer questions and was quick to reply to messages whether by phone or by texts. I have to thank James for being a very professional individual.. When I was looking to buy a Honda and went online he was the first to respond to my request. We emailed back and forth and he was always individual.. When I was looking to buy a Honda and went online he was the first to respond to my request. We emailed back and forth and he was always there with an answer to any of my questions. He made me feel I was the only one he was dealing with and that was such a plus. I discussed with him my concerns of not going back and forth on a price which he fully understood. I never told James but this was the first time I purchased a car without my husband who had passed away a couple of years ago. He never took advantage of me being a woman which many times a woman does face purchasing a car. Thank you James and will always recommend you to anyone I know interested in purchasing a Honda. More

My husband and I were in need of a new car and had the absolute best experience at Honda of Gainesville. Our salesperson was amazing, worked with us to find out exactly what we needed and what we could a absolute best experience at Honda of Gainesville. We are both teachers, and so are on a tight budget and everyone from sales all the way to finance really came through for us. We were able to get a new Honda CRV with excellent warranty coverage that will keep us in a great payment situation. I have been dealing with this dealership since I bought my first Honda in 2000.The other day while waiting for my car to be serviced I started looking at new cars, with no real intent to buy. I love my 20 my first Honda in 2000.The other day while waiting for my car to be serviced I started looking at new cars, with no real intent to buy. I love my 2000 Honda Accord. James Quesenberry was the salesman I talked with. He was so patient with me and all my questions and visits, after the first. He worked hard to find what I wanted and on my 80th birthday (9/4) my birthday present to myself was a brand new Honda Civic. For 13 years my old car was serviced at this dealership (thank you Paul) and I know that is why it is in such great condition. I would certainly recommend this dealership, their service department, and sales department. I thank James again for helping me with all the steps for trading my wonderful Accord and getting a new Civic. Before I left the lot he even sat in the car with me, helped me set all the new things for my needs, and made sure I was comfortable in the car. More

We had an almost impossible set of criteria for purchase of a new car and really loved our old car -- did not want to trade, but wanted to see what was available. Mr. Quisenberry was so courteous and helpfu of a new car and really loved our old car -- did not want to trade, but wanted to see what was available. Mr. Quisenberry was so courteous and helpful, letting us try several vehicles over and over and pointing out the options that might meet the needs of an elderly man with a disability. There was no pressure, and we went home with a written offer to consider. The next day we decided to return and hopefully make a decision. Both James and Frank Bradley were direct and fair in negotiations and we felt we agreed on a good, fair deal. Luis helped us patiently with the endless details of paperwork. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and courteous, helping us think they believed we were important customers. We had dealt previously with their service department, and that was another reason we chose Honda of Gainesville. More

James Quesenberry made the buying experience very easy and fun. He was patient (I emailed him many times with tons of questions) and courteous. His excitement about the car I bought was contagious. Unlike any other car buying experience I'd had before, he took the time to show me how every single feature of the car worked (it's pretty complicated, so that was very helpful). Great overall experience. James was not scheduled to be in on the day we decided to visit. He made arrangements to meet us so we could discuss our potential purchase. James was there after all was done to give us a final walk thru. He has made himself available for any questions we have had regarding our purchase.
