We absolutely LOVED our salesperson. James spent so much time helping us pick the right car. The only negative part of our experience had nothing to do with James. After we signed ALL of the paperwork, we time helping us pick the right car. The only negative part of our experience had nothing to do with James. After we signed ALL of the paperwork, we went home and came to pick up our car the next day. Unfortunately, we signed the paperwork with the wrong VIN number. We had to do it all again the next day. This was a little annoying. This was the only thing though. We love our car and we loved everything else about our experience! More
