The first encounter with this dealership is pulling up to the valet desk consisting of five teenagers who know absolutely zero about customer service. I have worked hotel for more than 25 years and managed the valet desk consisting of five teenagers who know absolutely zero about customer service. I have worked hotel for more than 25 years and managed a dogwalking company on the side for three years. You have got to train your valet staff. That is Fitzgerald. They are the face of your organization. From my arrival to drop off my car to pick up after servicing, dealing with the young men was a disaster. No eye contact. No greeting. No interest. No smile. Valet acted bothered with my questions as they stuffed their mouths with snacks. I understand I'm not driving into a Mercedes dealership but come on, REALLY??? Kevin in Service did a fine job. More
