Took them an hour and a half for a simple oil change and
I was the only one there. And then when I was driving home, the rearview mirror fell off. It was perfectly fine before the oil change. No idea what

So the next day I went to the Fitzgerald in Gaithersburg, closer to my residence, and they almost would not fix it and were telling me I had to take it back to Rockville for them to fix it since it fell of there.
I was about ready to get in my car and leave and drive without a rearview all the way to Rockville, 30 minutes away, when a mechanic appeared and wanted to take a look to see if he could fix it.
He took my car down to the shop and 10 minutes later, it was fixed. I am incredibly grateful for this guy. Never got his name and he wouldn't allow me to tip him, but he deserves a pay increase! What an amazing guy and a great employee!!!
