Brand new vehicle blew up on interstate and caught fire. Was at this dealer for 4 months before they fixed. Did not receive a loner till last week. 4 days after picking up engine light is on with a fuel sys Was at this dealer for 4 months before they fixed. Did not receive a loner till last week. 4 days after picking up engine light is on with a fuel system issue. They did not fix nor will Ford buy the vehicle back. Very bad company. No, I will not adjust my review. They haven't fixed the problem nor have they offered a solution nor do I have a vehicle to drive. More

He is a very great guy. I’ve bought vehicles from him in the past and I will only buy from him in the future I bought when he worked at the Hyundai dealership now he works a I’ve bought vehicles from him in the past and I will only buy from him in the future I bought when he worked at the Hyundai dealership now he works at the Ford dealership to me. I would normally not purchase a Ford but because he works there, I know that I will be well taken care of a vehicle purchase. Is more than what you drive it’s the relationship. You have with the people at that dealership as well because when you need service, you need someone you can rely on and with that you have it with Mr. Rouse he generally is a great guy. He make sure you get the best deal possible and try his best to make you feel important taken care of and satisfied with what you purchase throughout the entire time you own the vehicle checks every time you’re in service or just visiting the dealership he goes above and beyond a regular salesman this Ford dealership got a steal when they got Mr. Rouse!!!! but overall their management the whole entire staff is a great place so if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see Mr. Rouse at the Ford dealership in Jasper, Alabama you won’t regret it More
