Michael was fantastic! ! I sent out several leads to multiple dealers after 9pm the night before and Michael is not only the only one to respond but he sent me a video of h ! I had pre approval so all I had to do was go in for a test drive and sign the papers. Less than 24 hours after starting my search for a new car I was driving off the lot in my brand new car. I highly recommend Ed Martin Toyota and specifically Michael and James in finance for great service and an easy process. Eric Sarjeant and his Team at Ed Martin Toyota have made my dream come true. I am an out of state buyer (NJ) and I wanted a rare hard to find Toyota Tacoma. After many hours of searching dealers in the my dream come true. I am an out of state buyer (NJ) and I wanted a rare hard to find Toyota Tacoma. After many hours of searching dealers in the NJ/PA region I had to consult with Eric on finding me a truck within the Toyota allocation system. Locally the dealers in my region were lost or tried to sell me what they had on the lot. Because I follow Eric on YouTube, I decide to reach out to him to find the impossible truck. I am so glad I did. Eric got his inventory manager Tony on it and after 1 week or so they hit a grand slam. They were able to get everything I wanted and then some. Even after I received the V-Spec I kept driving Eric mad with additional requests. Not once did he give me a hard time about it. So, they procured the truck and took a deposit and then it was just waiting several weeks. It was worth the wait. I now have my dream truck in my garage. I had chose to have the truck shipped to NJ in an enclosed trailer. They even worked with the shipping company that I had picked. It was such a smooth experience. In the future I would not hesitate to buy a new car from Ed Martin Toyota again. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had in my life. I also want to give a shout out to Ryan Dineen for his support with my purchase. Shout out to Mr. Jerry for picking me up at the airport and getting me back there safe and sound and in time for me to catch my flight home. I would encourage any Tundra or Tacoma buyers to check out all the great information that Eric has on YouTube. Ed Martin Toyota is a great place to buy a car, and our personal salesman, Michael Ball, was so respectful. Usually at a dealership, I am treated as lesser/naive/like my opinion doesn't matter, as I am not personal salesman, Michael Ball, was so respectful. Usually at a dealership, I am treated as lesser/naive/like my opinion doesn't matter, as I am not a man. But Bill was fantastic, and when my husband joined the next day, he was all about either asking me, or both of us, which was refreshing, and not JUST my husband. Bill was awesome in other ways, too. Honest about the vehicles, eager to show the engine, explain how cars come with certain features now, as well as things they do not typically come with, and more. When he mentioned the car price, and I said I thought it was different, he realized we had just test drove a very similar vehicle to what I wanted. He didn't even try to sell me the more expensive one, but instead instantly locked down the cheaper one, and went over why one was more than the other when asked. Buying was easy, fast(for car buying, which is not really that fast!) And positive. James handled our financials and the loans, and he was great. He went over additional coverage options, warranties, etc. And explained everything they did and didn't do very clearly. Just a great guy, didn't hesitate to answer questions, show terms, percentages, and anything else we inquired about. Highly recommend Ed Martin if you are shopping toyota! More
