When making an appointment for a recall the materials to fix the problem need to be there. This is the second time I have made an appointment and the parts haven’t been ordered to fix the problem. I have disputed the chargers you put on my credit card because my car is not fixed. We've done $3500 worth of work. Terribly rude customer service I couldn't get any updates and he wouldn't listen to the actual problem I was having just trying to do a bunch of unnecessary work. The details on my invoice included an item that had just been repaired previously, when I asked about it I was told that perhaps it wasn't fixed properly. That was included in my quote. Once I picked up my car, the total was more than what was on the original invoice. I was told by a man that the difference was probably taxes or something. I was under the understanding that the amount on the invoice would be what I would pay. I asked if there was anything re the repairs they had done that they could show me or have someone explain to me and I was told, by the same man, well, no, not really. You'll just have to let us know if there's a problem. I was treated rather rudely when I picked up my vehicle and I didn't appreciate it. More
