My experience at Porsche Arrowhead has been really wonderful regarding customer service. I bought a 911 recently out of state that unfortunately had some issues. Specifically, I would like to say Ruben has been wonderful at communicating. I have worked in the auto industry for over 10 years myself and worked alongside many service advisors, and I would give Ruben 10 out of 10 as far as knowledge and overall genuine concern for his customers and transparency.
