My 2013 lease was coming up, but I was in the midst of a stressful situation that included coordinating the remodeling and moving into a newly purchased house. I did not want to negotiate a new lease until after my move, but I got a nail in a tire that required me to take it into the Service Dept. While waiting, Ed Johnson from the Service Dept. sent over salesman James Van Gelder to explain that I could drive out with a newly leased 2017 Elantra. I felt I had so much going on in my life at that moment that I just could not deal with another thing. Without pressure, James was so accommodating, compassionate regarding my situation and explained the benefits of the process all the way through. What I thought was just going to be another stress turned out to be an incredible no-hassle blessing for which I am grateful. I appreciated the staff operations at Hyundai of New Port Richey and applaud their personal approach to customer service. More
