Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs, and knowledgable about the vehicle. We had put a deposit on the new Ram we were thrilled to find, but due to time cons He was attentive to our needs, and knowledgable about the vehicle. We had put a deposit on the new Ram we were thrilled to find, but due to time constraints were unable to complete the purchase that day. Jason Serrano had given us a trade in price and we agreed to all of the price terms. I worked through the week with Jason and Adam to set up the loan and have everything ready for pickup. When we went in to pick up the truck, we were met with dishonesty and treatment that I would have never imagined as a customer. Gabe Zorea and Tyler Yow were dishonest, disrespectful and flat unprofessional. They lied about the state of my trade in, cut the trade in value in half from what had previously been agreed to, and were completely inflexible on actual proof of the vehicle quality. Furthermore, they were disrespectful to my wife and I, acted as if they knew how I drove my vehicle, and directly lied to our faces - giving multiple versions of how they "diagnosed" my trade in. I was told at one point that they would rather me go to their competitor, Lithia, rather than sell me a vehicle so that I didn't submit a negative survey. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer, and entirely unprofessional. They ultimately told me that they would no longer accept my trade in even at the ridiculous low price they tried to gouge me for. All of this resulted in what should have been a simple formality of signing paperwork result in a 6 HOUR stay at the dealership where we were made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and where our business wasn't really wanted. I would recommend anyone work with Adam (salesmen) and James (finance), but would never recommend anyone work with Gabe or Tyler. I was very close to walking away without making a purchase because of this treatment. I will likely never support this dealership again, following this treatment. More
