The way it's SUPPOSED to work I visited three different Jeep dealers after I'd decided what I wanted to buy. The first one was a joke. not even worth providing any details. At the second one, in Methuen, we got stuck on the value of my trade in. Not surprising, generally speaking. What WAS surprising was that after my test drive and spending several hours in total, including several additional exchanges with the salesman, he promised to call me the next day to try and find a way to bridge the gap. That day came and went and I never heard back from him again, even though their internet manager coincidentally called me that same day to ask if I was being assisted in the process. I specifically reminded him to have the salesman, whose name I provided call me back, as promised. He never did. So the next morning, I climbed into my truck and drove to 495 CJD in Lowell. In just a hair under two hours, the entire deal was done - as in, fully completed. Salesman James W. Smith didn't resort to pressuring me or selling me on something I didn't want or need - he listened and was respectful -, and even owner Tony Ghandchi took part in the process to ensure the deal happened in a way that was fair. Finance guru Jim Seferian made me aware of the options available with respect to warranties and financing - again, with zero pressure or the normal song and dance being employed at most dealerships. Hey, everyone's prices are absurd for new vehicles these days - the public's pretty much accepted that. But what we want is to be treated fairly and not have all that smoke blown up our keysters. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I'm glad we were lucky enough My wife and I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler last month after searching around for the right model at a good price. I'm glad we were lucky enough to find the Jeep at 495. The salesman was very helpful, friendly courteous and honest. We showed up at the dealership late in the day and Shah stayed late, well after closing time to finish our deal and was very friendly and didn't seem to mind that he had to work late. Shah had a great personality and really made the process a lot more enjoyable. And our salesman, James even stayed until we were done to congratulate us on our new purchase and shake our hands one more time before we left. I'm can't understand why a lot of dealerships and salesmen can't figure out that being pushy and dishonest will get them far fewer sales than being helpful and honest. Today, so many people do their car buying research online before going to the dealership. Salespeople should learn that with all the information online and all the discussion that goes on through Internet forums, most customers know where to go to get the best deal and the most helpful, most honest sales people. I will definitely return to 495 Chrysler for our next purchase and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Excellent Service My husband and I were ready to purchase a new vehicle so we went to the Nashua Jeep dealership to check what they had on their lot. It was still an ho My husband and I were ready to purchase a new vehicle so we went to the Nashua Jeep dealership to check what they had on their lot. It was still an hour before closing time so we went out on their lot to check out some of the new vehicles. We then went in the show room to see what they had on display. There must have been 4 or 5 sales people all hanging around the show room, trying their best to ignore us. It must have been too close to closing time for them to deal with us. So, we got out of there and went directly to 495 Jeep in Lowell. It was minutes to closing time when we arrived there, but, it was not too late for James Smith to come right up to us to assist us. Although we made him real late leaving work that evening, he was very pleasant and accommodating to deal with. We left the dealership that night knowing that we would definitely go back to him after work the next day. We saw on their website, a Jeep that we liked so, we emailed James the VIN number of Jeep we saw they stated they had on their lot. He located that Jeep and emailed us right back to tell us to come right down and test drive it as soon as my husband got home from work. We ending up doing just that and bought that new Jeep Cherokee from him. We've picked the Jeep up Monday evening, of course, making James late again. We just loved the service we got from him and would definitely buy from him again. We also love the Jeep. Five Stars from us and would give a higher one if we could. More

I gave Jim a call but the vehicle was already in transit to the wholesaler. The owner personally called the wholesaler and I just received news that it was found. Thank you 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!!
