I had worked with James when I bought my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from 495 Dodge as well. James was awesome, not pushy, and VERY helpful, and answered all my questions. Tony the owner even got involved, which says a lot given that the owner helps out with deals. The entire staff were fantastic and they worked out a deal that kept my new payment to within $0.25 of my existing monthly payment. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. I never felt pressured and after 2 purchases with 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I have always been treated with kindness and respect. More

"Satisfied yet again....." The saleman James Smith, answered all my questions as well as those as my wife and I think we impressed him with my already knowing what vehicle I wanted to check out as I had printed out the window sticker online and brought it with us.... Test drove, did the paperwork and now less than 5 days later I'm driving it and love it...... All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and even on the day of pick up James made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle by walking me thru it........ 5 stars ++.... The way it's SUPPOSED to work I visited three different Jeep dealers after I'd decided what I wanted to buy. The first one was a joke. not even worth providing any details. At t I visited three different Jeep dealers after I'd decided what I wanted to buy. The first one was a joke. not even worth providing any details. At the second one, in Methuen, we got stuck on the value of my trade in. Not surprising, generally speaking. What WAS surprising was that after my test drive and spending several hours in total, including several additional exchanges with the salesman, he promised to call me the next day to try and find a way to bridge the gap. That day came and went and I never heard back from him again, even though their internet manager coincidentally called me that same day to ask if I was being assisted in the process. I specifically reminded him to have the salesman, whose name I provided call me back, as promised. He never did. So the next morning, I climbed into my truck and drove to 495 CJD in Lowell. In just a hair under two hours, the entire deal was done - as in, fully completed. Salesman James W. Smith didn't resort to pressuring me or selling me on something I didn't want or need - he listened and was respectful -, and even owner Tony Ghandchi took part in the process to ensure the deal happened in a way that was fair. Finance guru Jim Seferian made me aware of the options available with respect to warranties and financing - again, with zero pressure or the normal song and dance being employed at most dealerships. Hey, everyone's prices are absurd for new vehicles these days - the public's pretty much accepted that. But what we want is to be treated fairly and not have all that smoke blown up our keysters. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
