Although this is expected behavior in car dealership setting, the intent, approach, and overall experience is not always the same between dealerships and sales departments. James did this very respectfully to where felt heard throughout the entire process whether I was in agreeance or objection. The end result: I ended up with a vehicle that I feel very confident about and that is much more suited to what I truly wanted. I look forward to returning to Hawk Mazda throughout the lifecycle of my vehicle, and I will happily refer others there (and to James) as a result of my experience. More
