James is awesome! My husband and I have bought/leased 6 cars so far over several years. James is honest and fair and does his best to make sure he gets what you want for around the price you’re looking for cars so far over several years. James is honest and fair and does his best to make sure he gets what you want for around the price you’re looking for. He went out of his way to bring a car over to test drive. He was very understanding about our busy schedules and not wanting to bring my little ones in for a long period of time. We did as much as we could outside of the dealership so the signing and exchange part was quick and easy. James took the time to explain all of the features in the car, set up the first complimentary oil change and Mazda app. Everyone at Hawk Mazda was friendly and efficient. Bryan and Ed were great to work with also. The facility itself was very clean and welcoming. It was a pleasant experience which is hard to say for buying a car usually. I’ve driven Chevy’s forever but decided to try out Mazda bc that’s where James currently works and I’m glad I made the switch! More
