At some point, we have worked with all of the service advisors and they are all very accommodating and communicate with us very well. I also never have them pushing extra services and suggesting needless purchases, but when I ask for something extra like a high mileage service or an alignment at last minute they always get it done in a timely manner. It is an extra 20-30 minute drive for me, but I always come back to see this team vs. going to other Buick Service Centers in the area! More
