Had an appointment made by the call center for a 9:30 appointment. At 10:30 while waiting for my vehicle it hadn’t been moved because they blame the call center for putting in the wrong vehicle. Great dealership! Fair prices on vehicles, but be careful on servicing the vehicle there. Brought mine in for a routine oil change and was charged almost $60! Turns out they automatically rotate the tires, too, unless I tell them not to. But if I don't know they are going to do that until they have done it, how can I tell them not to do it?? So the oil change I wanted cast me double what I would have paid elsewhere. More
