Predatory sales tactics. At the end of the day it’s on me to say no. I asked specifically for them to take off all markups and they still included it in the final bill. They had me initial a quote which they took as a final agreement which u was not aware of. When I asked to see the final quote, they took me to their finance room as if we had come to a final agrrement and had me start signing things before even showing me the final quote. When I said I wasn’t comfortable signing the contract, they guilt tripped me into signing it saying they had already reached out to the DMV. They also had some second person sit there the whole time jsut to make me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I will not be return to this dealership to do any business. Tjey have not been truthful with me and have not made me feel comfortable or happy with my purchase at all, ad long as long as they can squeeze out a few bucks out of me. More
