After doing my homework, I had a price for both the car and my trade-in which I was willing to accept. We agreed to a price without a bit of haggling or game playing. I have dealt with Michelle for my last 4 car purchases and have never been disappointed with the process; she is pleasant, knows her cars, and understands what I like and dislike. I guess I will never be able to buy another car if she ever retires! All of the paperwork necessary to purchase a car was handled by J.R. He is a very personable guy. He thoroughly explained all of the options available to us and accepted our decisions without argument. He made our buying experience a pleasant one. I service all of my cars through Holm Automotive. Jamie is a terrific guy, who really knows how to treat people and their cars. Promptness and reliability is his specialty, no hidden costs or mark-ups! We would never trust anyone else with our service needs. My dealings with Holm Automotive has always been superior to any dealings I have had in the past with other dealerships.
