Repair a flat tire I live 45 miles away from Abilene and my family and I went to shop and visit family in abilene and 12 miles away from town I had a flat and put on spa I live 45 miles away from Abilene and my family and I went to shop and visit family in abilene and 12 miles away from town I had a flat and put on spare and drove to Holm's . Found out tires were bad and ended up buying 4 new tires. The problem was I showed up 30 minutes prior to closing but Jamie Avers And Darrin Rapp stayed 20 minutes after closing to change out and balance the tires so I can be on my way. It was greatly appreciated and glad for their business . .. thank you so much More

Oil Change Took our car in Thursday, the 15th, for an oil change because it was free after we purchased a vehicle from them in November Everything seemed to hav Took our car in Thursday, the 15th, for an oil change because it was free after we purchased a vehicle from them in November Everything seemed to have went well, but less than two days and 50 miles later, we notice the car is leaking enough oil to leave puddles within 20 minutes of being parked. Called the service department and was told to "have someone come look at it, and if you have to pay for it, bring us the bill, and we will reimburse you if it's our fault. I don't want you to blow the engine." Are you kidding me? It didn't leak any fluids before my oil change, and now it leaves puddles? We take the chance and drive it home, and my husband puts it on jacks. Turns out the drain plug was so loose it almost fell out. This is our second and LAST service we will use Holm for. Our first experience was even worse than this one. We will not return, and the only recommendation I will give is to stay away. More
