I was on my way to Chicago and needed to have the aero dynamic shield reattached. Jamie was flat on his back under the car assessing the problem. Although it couldn't be fixed that day as soon as I returned they reattached the shield at no cost. Greg was assisting and also treats me with dignity and respect. I appreciate it very much! i've been a HOLM customer for years; however, I didn't purchase my last car at HOLM. That doesn't matter, they still take great care of Scarlett (my car) and me! No wonder I drive 45 miles to service my car at HOLM. SERVICE MATTERS! More

Truck Repair Our truck had lost power. We were stuck on the interstate outside of Abilene. We called AAA who towed us to Holm Automotive. We had planned to b towed Our truck had lost power. We were stuck on the interstate outside of Abilene. We called AAA who towed us to Holm Automotive. We had planned to b towed to another Chevrolet dealership in another nearby town but Holm was recommended. They were closer also. We met Jamie Avers at Holm & were immediately impressed by his friendliness. He had one of his service technicians to evaluate out truck's problem. Luckily Holm had the parts needed to fix our problem. Jamie assured us that our problem would be fixed as quickly as possible so we cld be on our way. We were headed home from a two week vacation in Colorado. We were so pleased that our problem would be fixed so we cld get home that day. We were very impressed by the service & especially Jamie's friendliness & professionalism. We will be recommending Holm Automotive Services to all our friends who are heading west through Abilene & might have vehicle trouble around Abilene, KS.
