Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. My time outside of work is spent with my wife and 2 children, helping out friends or golfing. Stop in and visit us at Holm Automotive, we are here to serve.

Auto service dept I am extremely pleased with the service department. They make appointments, do the work quickly and have a very pleasant place to wait while work is I am extremely pleased with the service department. Incredible staff Our Honda Odyssey broke down on our vacation with being stranded in Abilene Ks. How stressful! It happened on Sunday out all day with no one working. Our Honda Odyssey broke down on our vacation with being stranded in Abilene Ks. How stressful! It happened on Sunday out all day with no one working. However, I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful town this is. The Holm Automotive Center was so busy the next morning, however they made our van first priority knowing we were on the road and had long trip ahead of us with kids. Jamie Avers was our representative and can't say enough nice and kind words about him. He was so concerned about us and did an incrediable job to get us on the road as soon as possible. He even called us about 2 hours into our trip and checked on us and the car. How many car centers do that? (none) Wouldn't happen where we come from the big city. I think everyone needs to spend the night in Abiline to experience the hospitality of caring and loving people. Most wonderful place to visit. Thanks for taking good care of our car and us!!!!!! special thanks to Jamie!!!! you went beyond your call of duty-thank you! More

Service Department the reason we will always buy from Holm! My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Holm and will purchase follow on vehicles as a result of the Service Department. My recent visits for a leaking sunroof and an oil/filter change were a reminder of why I recommend Holm to friends I know are looking for a dealership with a great Service Department. Jamie, Chuck and Greg are great about ensuring an issue is fixed while trying to limit the inconvenience of having your car in the shop through loaner vehicles and regular updates on progress. More

Ac problem Jamie Avers was our service consultant and even though he was short staffed he was professional, friendly and got the problem fixed and we were on our Jamie Avers was our service consultant and even though he was short staffed he was professional, friendly and got the problem fixed and we were on our way in less than 2 hours. We were travel home to Colorado. Although this is the 5th time the problem has been addressed I feel confident that this time it is truely fixed as Jim told us it was a know problem and there was a service bulletin on it. The other dealers had not fixed it correctly. We hope we don't have to use his services again but if we do it would be a pleasure to deal with this service center again. More
